Brand repositioning & digital marketing
We were brought onboard to refine, reposition and communicate Sydney’s modern tropical bar, Tucano’s to a target market of young professional 30-50 year old Sydneysiders and visitors to the city who are looking for grown up fun. As part of the project, we conducted a discovery workshop, created new positioning copy and creative direction, developed key messages, and delivered a new suite of images.
The new look and feel was rolled out to social media channels, with new content created making use of UGC, storytelling-led posts, and rebranded promotions. To support organic efforts, we also developed and ran a range of paid ad campaigns with a mix of tactical and awareness driving executions. Results included driving up followers, impressions up 407% on Facebook, reach up 143% on Instagram, and web clicks from Instagram up 3,000%.
