We partnered with boutique coffee brand and Sydney roastery, The Little Marionette to strengthened their brand experience and storytelling across key social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. We developed a social media strategy including a refreshed look and feel celebrating the unique blue of the brand and key touchpoints - bags, cups and street signage. Building a content calendar, we created engaging content making use of graphics, photography, video, GIFs and stickers to share the USPs of the coffee brand, connect with existing and potential customers - both retail and wholesale - and drive increased sales. We achieved 44% growth in community (compared to the previous period), 77% increase in Instagram profile visits, 54% increase in website clicks, and 323% increase in story reach and 57% increase in content likes.
