Full-service marketing

Working with the hotel owner in conjunction with BWH Hotel Group, we were brought onboard in the early stages of development of Sydney’s newest luxury boutique hotel, Aiden Darling Harbour to provide marketing advisory and consultancy services. In the first phase of the project, we developed brand and marketing strategy, and created communications and brand assets including hotel collateral (in partnership with The Bar Brand People). Following this, we set up and created channels for email marketing, social media and a new website with a hotel booking engine. Closer to opening, we focused on execution of marketing campaigns, photography, content creation, paid and organic social media, partnerships, public relations and influencer engagement. We forged 40+ partnerships, secured 200+ media articles, reached hundreds of thousands of people via social media, and led the hotel through a hugely successful opening with 60% occupancy in the first three months, challenging their competitive set of Sydney hotels, despite the incredibly difficult market conditions mid-pandemic.
