We partnered with luxury travel specialists (Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific) and Travel + Leisure A-Listers, Touring Treasures to develop a content marketing strategy, focused on increasing engagement, brand presence and awareness across key digital channels. The rollout of activities included: refining the brand identity; building and executing automated email marketing journeys and EDMs; overhauling social media channels and launching a new content and engagement strategy, featuring channel optimisation, tailored reels, and branded Instagram story series; creating content for tourism body co-operative marketing campaigns; researching and writing travel blog content for the website.
