New Stay and Dine package pairs Luke Mangan’s Luc-San with Hotel Indigo Sydney Potts Point

Treat yourself to a chic stay and delicious four-course Japanese-French dining by celebrity chef Luke Mangan with Hotel Indigo Sydney Potts Point’s new Stay and Dine package.

Available from Wednesday to Saturday, the hotel’s Stay and Dine package includes overnight accommodation, a delicious four-course set menu with a glass of house wine or beer for two people at new Luc-San restaurant, from $329 per night per room*.

Tucked behind the famed Coca-Cola sign in Sydney’s iconic Kings Cross, step inside the newly-opened Hotel Indigo Sydney Potts Point to a realm rich in culture, contrast and culinary trend-setting, befitting its location among some of the city’s best theatres, galleries and hot new restaurants.

Your stay begins at check-in via the red velvet-curtained lobby, where black and white portraits of local performers adorn the walls, and then continues as you settle into one of 105 playfully-designed, character-filled rooms, with pink chairs, neon mirrors and thought-provoking artworks inspired by the surrounding neighbourhood’s rich bohemian, music, theatre and LGBTIQ+ history.

Freshen up, don a fluffy Bambury robe, do a little dance to a banger from your portable speaker and pour yourself one of the custom-made cocktails from the mini-bar as you get ready for an exquisite gastronomic journey.

Head downstairs to the adjacent laneway, and into Mangan’s newest Sydney restaurant and bar, Luic-San, which fuses bold flavours and techniques of French and Japanese cuisine.

Treat yourself to a glass of wine in one of the cosy, dimly-lit booths before delighting in four delicious courses featuring dishes like market fish sashimi with mandarin ponzu and espelette chilli oil, wagyu steak tartare with crispy potato, wasabi leaf and black garlic, as well as duck with ume and burnt orange and a glass of wine or beer.

For dessert, enjoy a childhood throwback of soft serve ice-cream and a selection of DIY toppings.
